CBSE is planning to introduce a Problem Solving Assessment

As of now there is no specified course for CBSE-PSA, but it will assess students in the following areas- language, quantitative reasoning, qualitative reasoning. It will be compulsory for students of Classes IX and XI and it may also carry 90 marks with 60 questions of MCQ format.
As per Vineet Joshi, Chairman,CBSE it is widely acknowledged thing that research and analytical skills, ability to apply basic concepts of different subjects, solve application-based problems in maths and science. We think it will improve analytical skills of the students and they will be a quick learners. All the very best to all.
